Consent to the processing of personal data
1. General provisions
1.1. This Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.2. The subject of personal data by filling out the feedback forms on the website demax.com.cy and by performing actions (clicking the buttons "Send", "Send a request", "Leave a request", "Subscribe", "Order", "Order a call", "Order a consultation", "Ask a question", "Buy" and etc.), confirms its legal capacity and agrees to the DeMax Real Estate Agency, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator", to process its personal data under the following conditions.

3. Procedure and conditions of processing
3.1. Personal data is processed both with and without automation tools.
3.2. During the processing of personal data, the following actions may be performed:: collection, recording, storage, systematization, accumulation, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), updating, modification, blocking, deletion, destruction.
3.3. The processing of personal data is carried out until the achievement of the processing objectives or until the withdrawal of this Consent by the personal data subject. After completing the processing objectives, as well as in the case of withdrawal of Consent, personal data must be destroyed within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of achievement of the processing objective or receipt of the withdrawal.
4. Rights of the personal data subject
4.1. The personal data subject has the right to:
Revoke this Consent by sending a written application to the Operator's legal address specified in clause 1.1. of this Consent.
To request clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, unreliable, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.

4.2. In case of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing without the consent of the subject if there are grounds provided for in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
